You tell me where you are, where you want to be, and WHY you want to get there. I tell you what it looks like to work with me and we both get the opportunity to feel into whether we're a good fit! 15 minutes.

Initial Interview & Recommendations Visit:

Includes:

- 1 x 60 min Initial Consultation & Health History review

- Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)

- Food & Mood Journal analysis

- 1 x 45 min Recommendations visit with Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement protocol

* 2 x 1 hr appointments, spaced approximately 1 week apart

A great option for those seeking immediate guidance without the long term commitment.

Follow Up:

Includes:

- Follow up form to assess current focus

- Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)

- Food & Mood Journal analysis

- Revamped personalized protocol

Available for clients on an "as needed" basis after their last recommendations visit. The goal of a follow up appointment is to see what has improved, what still needs attention, and how to adjust based on present circumstances.

12 Week Program:

Includes:

- 1 x 60 min Initial Consultation and Health History review

- 3 x Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) 

- 6 x Food & Mood Journal analysis

- 1 x Recommendations visit w/ Personalized protocol (with nutrition, liftestyle & supplement recommendations)

- 5 x 45 min Follow up visit with updated protocol

- Unlimited email support

- Weekly check-ins

- Applicable resources (eg. metabolically supportive food lists, recipes, educational materials, etc)

12 weeks is where we start to see some real changes. We work on integrating self-compassion, awareness around what matters and why, and how to meet the surprises of life while still promoting healing. This is about building true resilience and confidence in your ability to meet your body's needs, strategize for getting back on track when life happens, and develop a deeper understanding of how to support optimal health moving forward.
